I am a writer, teacher, communicator, researcher, analyst, and investigator. I am not a good fit for everyone. There are few rules and principles I have found to hold true more often than many others: 1. For every rule, there are exceptions to the rule. 2. If something sounds too good to be true; it probably is. 3. Walk, don't run, to your next real estate transaction. 4. Live in the verifiable facts as much as possible. Base your decisions on what can be proven. Pursue clarity with simple and thoughtful questions. Listen carefully and always reevaluate assumptions. 5. If what is in front of you works, don't give up on a workable reality for a "maybe" that might come in the future. Hope is a guiding light toward a better tomorrow, not a strategy that will get you there.
