My approach to real estate is a consultative approach and that begins with asking a lot of questions in the beginning of the process and reaching a full understanding of unique circumstances of each client. After determining the needs and wants I help them make the best selling/buying decision by educating them with market and neighborhood expertise. During the process I have recommendations for professional and trustworthy contacts including mortgage brokers, title representatives, home inspectors and professional photographers. When selling a home I will help create a specific marketing plan unique to the home to meet the homeowners goals. During the process you can expect to have constant communication, meet all deadlines and I will be an advocate for the client at all times.
