Kristin Utley is a proud Longmont resident and Realtor®. She has a wonderful family, including her husband, three sons, one daughter, four cats, one dog, and foster pets. As a United States Air Force mom, Kristin is especially honored to serve military veterans. She enjoys cooking, entertaining, home projects, and sports, and is an avid skier, hiker, camper, and runner. Raised on a small farm in Southern California, Kristin learned the value of home improvement from her single mother. This hands-on experience led her to pursue real estate, a passion she shares with her mother, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law. Kristin believes every home is unique and brings its own challenges.
